  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure a seamless streaming experience.
  • Document and track customer interactions accurately and manage followup communications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest content available on the platform and inform customers about new releases and features.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and product development.
