Responsibilities
  • Engage with Spanishspeaking gamers to provide outstanding support and resolve any inquiries or issues they may encounter.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, focusing on creating a positive gaming environment.
  • Document player interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring feedback is recorded for future improvements.
  • Analyze customer feedback and gaming trends to provide insights for enhancing the gaming experience.
  • Collaborate with the gaming development team to communicate player needs and suggestions for game improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and gaming knowledge to facilitate informed conversations with customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
      • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming industry, is preferred.
      • Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming trends and player needs.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to address issues effectively.
      • Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools.
      • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
      • A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering an exceptional gaming experience for customers.
