As a Support Center Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Spanishspeaking clients with their inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a positive service experience.


Responsibilities
  • Provide firstlevel support to Spanishspeaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Educate clients on product functionality and provide guidance for effective use.
  • Collaborate with other support team members to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Continuously follow up with clients to confirm resolution and satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance support quality.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field is a plus.
      • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to assist clients effectively.
      • A customercentric attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills.
      • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and communication tools is beneficial.
      • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
