  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
