Key responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management.
  • Manage court filings and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Support client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Help prepare for trials by organizing exhibits and witness information.

Salary: P60,000 P80,000 (Monthly package)

Schedule: 12:30 AM 9:30 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree andor Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
  • 3+ proven experience as a Family Law paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of family law procedures, legal terminology, and document preparation.
  • Proficient in using ADOBE applications.
  • Proficiency in Legal Software – WestLaw and Clio
  • The job opportunity is going to be for a 6 months contract.
    • What will you do?

      • Client Support:
        • Provide excellent client service by assisting with inquiries, gathering necessary documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
          • Legal Research:
            • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy.
              • Documentation:
                • Prepare and maintain legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and financial disclosure statements.
                  • Court Filings:
                    • Manage court filings, including efilings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
                      • Case Management:
                        • Assist in managing and organizing case files, schedules, and deadlines.
                          • Communication:
                            • Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary.
                              • Trial Preparation:
                                • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness interviews, and trial logistics
