- In this role, you will be responsible for the holistic Learning Experience Design for our Sales Academy: You define learning objectives, design learning journeys, coordinate content with experts, and initiate implementation

- Using AI, you personalize learning content and optimize content creation to develop scalable and intelligent materials

- You take on the technical leadership of the Sales Academy team and coordinate external trainers who conduct local training sessions, including their capacity planning

- You define meaningful success metrics, systematically collect feedback, and use these insights to continuously improve our learning offers

- Designing and conducting trainthetrainer sessions rounds off your exciting range of responsibilities

What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: You have a degree in Learning Experience Design, Business Administration, Communications or a comparable field

- Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in adult education or learning design, ideally with a focus on sales or within an academy setting

- Tools: You are proficient in using LMSLXP systems, authoring tools (e.g. Articulate) and have initial experience with AI tools. Knowledge of CRM systems, graphic or video design is a plus

- Personality: You are techsavvy, creative, pragmatic, and have a good sense for aesthetics and didactic quality

- Languages: Your business fluent English allows you to communicate confidently at all levels. German language skills are a plus
