Insperity Services, L.P. DBA Insperity seeks a Data Science & Analytics Engineer to work in Kingwood, Texas. The job duties include the following: DESIGN, DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT DATA SCIENCE and ANALYTICS platforms and technologies, and machine learning models or algorithms while working with an Enterprise Data Engineering scrum team using a variety of machine learning techniques such as clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc. Validate and update data processing algorithms and platforms to help ensure data acquisition and transformation platforms and technologies sufficiently meet the needs of advanced data science and analytics.

CREATE AND MANAGE DATA SETS for use in training and testing of data science algorithms. Design and build a wide range of innovative analytics models as needed to solve identified business problems using statistical computer languages (Python, R, or C#i.NET) and various MUAI libraries (e g. pandas or ML.NET) to manipulate data and analyze large data sets. Work closely with stakeholders, Enterprise Data Engineers, and other ITS teams to ensure conclusions and trends are easily viewed, interpreted, and understood using knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.). Travel to conferences and seminars. Telecommutingremote work permitted.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education: Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

Minimum Experience: 12 months (1 year) of experience with computer information systems and data science and machine learning, including: 6 months developing, managing, and maintaining enterprise software; 6 months using statistical computer languages (such as Python, R, or C# NET); and 6 months using various MUAI libraries (e g , pandas or ML NET) to manipulate data and analyze large data sets.

Alternate Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

Alternate Experience: 36 months (3 years) of experience with computer information systems and data science and machine learning, including: one (1) year of experience developing, managing, and maintaining enterprise; one (1) year of experience using statistical computer languages (such as Python, R, or C#I NET); and one (1) year of experience with MUAI libraries (e g,, pandas or ML.NET) to manipulate data and analyze large data sets.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10% domestic travel for conferences and seminars. Telecommutingremote work permitted.
