EMEA CCaaS Project Manager

Utilize technology solutions to fulfill client business objectives.

• Manage projects involving AI, GenAI, contact center solutions (CCaaS), and customer experience technologies like voicechat bots.

• • Financial Management:

  • • Handle project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.

    • • Ensure timely and budgetcompliant project completion.

      • Client Engagement:

        • Interact effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.

        • • Serve as the overall project lead, ensuring successful project completion.

          • Workstream Management:

            • Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment across diverse teams.

            • Attention to Detail:

              • Maintain precision and quality in project deliverables and processes.

              • PMO Compliance:

                • Adhere to Project Management Office standards and methodologies for consistent project management practices.

                • Required skills:

                  • 10+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector

                  • • Bachelors degree in a related field.

                    • • Strong budgeting, change management, and client engagement skills

                      • • Ability to manage cloud contact center operations and implementations, particularly with AWS

                        • • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Office 365

                          • • Experience with project management life cycle, waterfall model, and strategic planning

                            • • Fluency in English & French on a business level

                              • Preferred:

                                • Proficiency in Agile Methodology, AI Concepts, and Generative AI

                                • • Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE II or related certifications
