Internal Communications Manager

You’ll be part of our Global Marketing team, supporting communications campaigns for our internal partners and helping ensure every colleague feels informed, inspired and connected.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

You’ll partner closely with teams across the organization to shape and deliver thoughtful, engaging communications that bring our culture and business priorities to life. From strategic planning to handson execution, you’ll help ensure our messages are clear, consistent and aligned with Sedgwick’s values.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that support colleague engagement and business goals.
  • Create compelling content—from emails and newsletters to brochures, intranet stories, and leadership messages—that reflects our tone and brand.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs, gather insights and deliver tailored communication plans.
  • Manage endtoend project timelines, ensuring communications are delivered on time and with care.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Sedgwick’s voice.
  • Contribute to the design and upkeep of internal communication platforms and channels.
  • Support the development of executive visibility and storytelling that highlights our people, purpose and progress.
  • Support the Vice President of Internal Communications in developing messaging for senior leaders.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
    • QUALIFICATIONS

      Experience
      Minimum of 57 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.

      Skills & Knowledge

      • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
      • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital publishing tools.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
      • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
      • A passion for people and a commitment to clear, caring communication.
        • WORK ENVIRONMENT

          Mental: Clear thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
          Physical: Frequent computer use; travel as needed.
          AuditoryVisual: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
