About the Role
The role is crucial for advancing the teams AI POC research and development efforts. Conducting research on AIrelated projects, such as using large language models to generate highquality documents. Designing experiments to test and validate AI models and solutions.
Responsibilities
Research capabilities and limitations of emerging AI technologies (such as multimodal large language models, generative AI, etc.) and evaluate their feasibility in business scenarios.
Design and implement proof of concept (PoC) experiments to explore innovative solutions.
Develop rapid prototypes based on business requirements to validate the effectiveness of technical solutions.
Optimize model performance to enhance the flexibility and scalability of solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to drive implementation and delivery of technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and partners.
Write technical documentation, patent applications, and academic publications to enhance the teams technical influence.
Share research findings internally and externally to promote technical innovation.
Requirements
Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
5+ years working in data science, machine learning, or AI, with a track record of delivering impactful projects.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, as well as relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with generative AI models and techniques (e.g., LLMs, GANs) for content generation.
Expertise in prompt engineering for finetuning language models like GPT3.5 or similar models.
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data manipulation techniques.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
