At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in energy, utilities, or industrial software., Strong understanding of industrial energy markets and customer pain points., Experience in building B2B or enterprise SaaS tools, with knowledge of billing, contract management, or usage analytics., Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage directly with clients..

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision for industrial B2B offerings.
  • Translate client needs into user-centric energy tools through collaboration with sales, customer success, and engineering teams.
  • Lead customer interviews, site visits, and workshops to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for the new B2B product unit, including launching pilot products.
