This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 10 AM to 7 PM ET with 1hour unpaid break
Commissions: Entitled to Commissions for deals closed


Job Description:

We’re looking for a resultsoriented B2B Sales specialist to lead our efforts in securing new commercial and government contracts. This role blends strategic sales expertise with operational oversight, including managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), driving outreach, and leveraging advanced AI tools for prospecting and lead generation.


Responsibilities:
  • Own and Manage the endtoend RFP process:
      • Contract negotiations
      • Document preparation and consolidation
      • General email and call related work
          • Proactively identify and pursue new general contracting opportunities in commercial and government sectors
          • Utilize cuttingedge AI tools and platforms for lead generation, qualification, and outbound outreach
          • Drive B2Blevel sales strategies and complex deal negotiations
          • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers and procurement teams
          • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities
          • Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and bidding requirements
            • Requirements
              • Proven track record in sales in the construction, general contracting, or B2B and B2G (businesstogovernment) space
              • Strong experience with enterprise selling, complex negotiations, and long sales cycles
              • Natural “hunter” mentality with a strong drive to identify and close new opportunities
              • Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Apollo, Lusha, Seamless.AI) for prospecting and outreach
              • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
              • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling RFP documentation and contract workflows
              • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
