- Proactively identify and pursue new general contracting opportunities in commercial and government sectors
- Utilize cuttingedge AI tools and platforms for lead generation, qualification, and outbound outreach
- Drive B2Blevel sales strategies and complex deal negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers and procurement teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities
- Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and bidding requirements
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales in the construction, general contracting, or B2B and B2G (businesstogovernment) space
- Strong experience with enterprise selling, complex negotiations, and long sales cycles
- Natural “hunter” mentality with a strong drive to identify and close new opportunities
- Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Apollo, Lusha, Seamless.AI) for prospecting and outreach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling RFP documentation and contract workflows
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
