This is a remote position.
Identify and engage potential business owners open to succession, exit, or investment.
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads.
Build relationships with business brokers, advisors, and networks in Australia.
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities based on PieLAB’s acquisition criteria.
Collaborate with internal teams to conduct initial assessments and present qualified opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking through CRM tools.
Nurture longterm relationships with potential partners, even if theyre not ready to transact.
Represent PieLAB’s purpose and approach authentically and compellingly.
3+ years of experience in business development, investment origination, M&A advisory, or B2B sales (experience working with Australian clients a plus).
Strong relationshipbuilding and consultative selling skills.
Excellent English communication—both written and verbal.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Highly organized, detailoriented, and comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
A genuine interest in business, investment, leadership, and succession planning.
Empathetic listener and effective communicator.
Longterm thinker who values relationship over transaction.
Curious, commercially savvy, and able to spot opportunities.
