Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Infrastructure Engineer with 6+ years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise monitoring and security tools including Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Oracle Key Vault, and Foglight. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and handson experience with Oracle monitoring, performance tuning, and security solutions to ensure high availability, security compliance, and optimal performance of database environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and monitor Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for database and infrastructure health, performance, and availability.
  

• Manage Oracle Key Vault for encryption key management and database security compliance.
  

• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Foglight monitoring solutions for performance diagnostics and alerting.
  

• Collaborate with DBAs, system administrators, and security teams to support compliance, backup, and recovery strategies.
  

• Automate monitoring and alerting processes to improve incident response and reduce downtime.
  

• Provide performance tuning recommendations and implement proactive monitoring strategies.
  

• Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for operational consistency.

  Mandatory Skills:
  

  • Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) – strong handson experience with installation, configuration, performance monitoring, and alerting
    

  • Oracle Key Vault – knowledge of key lifecycle management, integration with databases, and security practices
    

  • Foglight – implementation, customization, and performance monitoring

    Nice to Have Skills:
    

    • Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, or GoldenGate
      

    • Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.) for automation
      

    • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Azure)
