Director of Sales – Accountability & Training:

We’re expanding our team and actively seeking a talented individual to lead our Sales Accountability & Training. This position will be based in Dallas, Texas, supporting all our offices across Texas, Colorado, and Nevada.

Candidates with sales training, management, and recruiting experience within a large sales organization (100+ employees) in industries such as real estate, insurance, mergersacquisitions, private equity, consulting, or general sales will thrive in this role.

The Director of Sales – Accountability & Training is an executionfocused role responsible for aligning daytoday operations with companywide sales goals across our multitude of brands. This position requires a leader who can confidently set clear expectations, follow through, and hold team members accountable, all while fostering a positive and highperformance culture. You will drive revenue by scaling broker accountability, sales excellence, and strategic coaching to maximize deal flow and agent productivity

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coaching & Training

  • Build and run a structured sales training curriculum. (live, recorded, and selfserve)
      • Teach the broker sales process, including prospecting, valuation consultations, buyer calls, and closing techniques.
          • Run weekly accountability huddles, roleplays, and call reviews.
            • CRM Mastery

              • Own CRM usage across brokers: pipeline hygiene, task adherence, and followup workflows.
                  • Monitor dashboards and enforce usage. (log calls, update statuses, lead followups)
                      • Deliver monthly CRM refreshers and poweruser sessions.
                        • Broker Accountability

                          • Track KPIs: daily outreach, consults booked, listings signed, buyers added.
                              • Create broker scorecards and individual dashboards.
                                  • Hold 1:1s with underperformers and top performers to improve results.
                                    • Broker Growth

                                      • Drive crossselling across divisions (e.g. CRE <> Exit Planning <> TBA Sales)
                                          • Help identify niche expertise for brokers (restaurants, HVAC, SaaS, etc.)
                                              • Coach on personal branding, local marketing, and referrals
                                                • Recruiting & Retention Input

                                                  • Work with Ops to help identify top sales talent
                                                      • Participate in broker interviews and onboarding to set early expectations
                                                          • Mentor new brokers during the ramp period (up to two years)
                                                            • Sales Programs & Contests

                                                              • Run internal competitions: most listings, consults, closed deals.
                                                                  • Offer incentives and bonuses tied to behaviors, not just outcomes.
                                                                      • Celebrate broker wins via internal comms or Slack channels.
                                                                        • Market Intelligence & Feedback Loops

                                                                          • Collect and share market trends from broker conversations.
                                                                              • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve talk tracks, messaging, and campaigns.
                                                                                  • Use feedback to refine scripts, email cadences, and training.
                                                                                    • Leadership & Culture

                                                                                      • Foster a performancedriven but collaborative sales culture.
                                                                                          • Act as “broker’s champion” inside leadership meetings.
                                                                                              • Support leadership metrics around agent performance, revenue growth, and culture.
                                                                                                • Qualifications:

                                                                                                  • 5+ years of experience in sales management or training in a similar industry to ours: business brokerage, M&A, real estate, sales, consulting, insurance, or other transactional professional services environment.
                                                                                                      • Strong leadership presence with a proven ability to hire, fire and manage.
                                                                                                          • High familiarity with CRM platforms and operational dashboards. (Hubspot experience bonus)
                                                                                                              • Excellent project management, communication, and followthrough.
                                                                                                                  • Absolute discretion regarding client confidentiality.
