Our client is a key player in the financial services sector in the DACH region, working on highly customized SAPbased platforms. Partnering with us, they aim to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement of their enterprise applications, with a strong focus on compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence.
The SAP landscape includes modules such as SAP SEM (including SEMCL) and SAP ILM.
Responsibilities
Central Integration Point Act as the main link between business stakeholders, middleware interface users, and IT operations teams, ensuring smooth endtoend processes across SAP systems and adjacent platforms.
Technical Incident Solver Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in SAP, AUTOMIC, and EAI middleware, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes and alignment with SLA response times.
Configuration & Customization Execute SAP customizing tasks and manage configuration activities independently to implement changes aligned with business requirements.
Compliance Guardian Manage user rights, resolve SAP GRC violations, and initiate authorization changes through IAM and NEXIS Controle, maintaining full compliance with internal controls.
Workflow Orchestrator Oversee daily operational controls in SAP and AUTOMIC and document activities in tools like ServiceNow, RSA Archer, and NEXIS to ensure traceability and compliance.
Testing & Transition Support Conduct technical testing for new requirements and support release upgrades, while ensuring knowledge transfer and smooth transitions within the SAP environment.
Must Have:
Solid technical background in SAP, ideally across multiple modules
Experience in complex SAP landscapes and enterprise IT environments
Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Jira, AUTOMIC, and SAP Solution Manager
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with user and access rights management (IAM, GRC, NEXIS)
Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts
Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2–C1)
Nice to Have:
Prior exposure to banking or financial services environments
ABAP knowledge for technical analysis and minor adjustments
