What is the opportunity?

The successful candidate will provide daytoday Customer Service and oversee the billing and service delivery of our Legacy Block of business. re. Service Level Agreement (SLAs), compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality via processing, reports, online monitoring and any assigned tasks. They will serve as a liaisonconduit between Third Party Administrator (TPA), Plan Administrator (PA), advisors, other related 3rd party suppliers and internal RBCI partners for Group & Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) billing and administration.

What will you do?

• Act as main point of contact for external clients and internal partners for inquiries and for billing and administration

• Manage daily inquiries via telephone and email from TPAs, PAs, advisors, internal partners, and suppliers

• Manage escalations and act as client complaint liaison between TPAs, PAs, advisors andor other key stakeholders

• Handle monthly bill run tasks

• Accurately allocate premium and manage delinquent accounts

• Research and resolve customer inquiries relating to premium remittancechanges and account reconciliation for GSI and group business

What will you need to succeed?

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Knowledge of Life and Health products for Group & GSI

• Superior knowledge of Excel

• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence

• Strong decision making, analytical and problem solving skills

• Must be fully bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
