We are looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join our professional and multicultural team, who will share our interest in solving problems and building good relationships with our reselling partners and endusers around the world.

Areas of responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, emails and occasional onsite events.
  • Handling support cases: collect all relevant information from customers, according to companys procedures and record this using companys CRM
  • Interact with other departments and escalate customers feedback further
    • You should possess the following skills:

      • Customer oriented approach
      • Good communicator with ability to ask and listen
      • Good verbal and writing skills at upperintermediate level in English, and Ukrainian
      • Problemsolving and logical thinking skills
      • Result oriented and stress resistant
