The Role

We are seeking an experienced and data driven Senior B2B Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that grow our market presence, generate qualified leads, and position our brand as a trusted industry leader. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns, managing demand generation programs, leading with highimpact content, executing events, and driving comarketing partnerships that fuel pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, datadriven marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings deep expertise in B2B marketing, campaign management, and marketing automation.

What you will be doing:

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Strategize and manage multichannel B2B marketing campaigns that attract and convert qualified B2B leads.

  • Optimize lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and performance tracking in HubSpot or similar tools.

  • Align closely with Sales to ensure campaign goals support revenue targets.

    • Content & Thought Development

      • Project manage placement and codevelop compelling content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and executive thought leadership in collaboration with the Head of Communications

      • Strategize and work with the marketing team to build and execute content lifecycle journey that supports the buyer and elevates our industry presence.

      • Position founders, medical leaders, and sales and marketing executives as trusted voices and category leaders through strategic event placements, and keynote opportunities

        • Event Marketing

          • Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, conferences, roundtables, and client dinners.

          • Develop event strategies that drive attendance, engagement, and measurable ROI.

          • Manage speaker outreach, promotion plans, and postevent lead followup.

            • Partnerships & CoMarketing

              • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our reach and brand credibility.

              • Launch comarketing campaigns with partners, brokers, including joint events, content, or promotional activities.

                • Reporting & Optimization

                  • Track and analyze performance metrics to assess ROI and optimize campaign results.

                  • Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

                    • What were looking for:
                      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

                      • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing; digital health and employer marketing.

                      • Proven track record in demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline impact.

                      • Hands on experience with HubSpot or similar CRMmarketing automation tools.

                      • Experience in planning and managing virtual and inperson events.

                      • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

                      • Strong collaborator and communicator and comfortable working crossfunctionally.

                      • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
