Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in B2B, agency, tech, or freelance environments., Proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, and color theory, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite., Strong skills in UI design for desktop and mobile platforms using Figma., Excellent communication skills and a well-crafted UX/UI portfolio with case studies..Key responsibilities:
- Design visual content such as landing pages and dashboards.
- Conduct user research and analyze industry trends to inform design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and develop design systems for consistent implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects independently.

Winona is one of the leading telemedicine companies providing HRT for women in menopause. We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing worldclass care via a fully vertically integrated business model.
Designing visual content such as landing pages and dashboards.
Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Develop information architecture and user flows to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
Organize and structure content for optimal user engagement and navigation.
Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs.
Stay updated on accessibility standards and integrate them into the design process.
Design visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Create lowfidelity and highfidelity wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Develop interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design solutions.
Drive collaborative client interactions to elevate designs beyond expectations.
Receiving and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Strategic thinking to align design efforts with overall business goals.
Decisionmaking skills to resolve design conflicts and make informed choices.
