You come from a BizOps, Operations, Analytics, or Product background.
Youve worked in fastpaced tech environments (startups or growthstage companies) where figuring things out and driving impact mattered more than fancy titles.
You’ve used tools like OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Zapier AI to solve real problems or automate workflows.
You’re comfortable with Python or JavaScript — not a fullstack engineer, but able to build, connect, and ship things that work.
You’re outcomedriven: you focus on solving business problems, not training models from scratch.
You’re curious and scrappy, and you learn as you go — even without a clear playbook.
You can communicate complex AI concepts clearly to business teams and enjoy helping others learn.
Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across Support, Ops, Product, and Sales teams.
Build AIpowered tools and integrations using LLMs and APIs — from quick prototypes to internal tools in production.

Act as an internal AI consultant, guiding teams on what’s possible and where to start.
Evaluate and integrate thirdparty AI tools where relevant.
Create and share internal AI best practices, documentation, and team trainings.
Stay current on LLMs, NLP, and automation trends, and bring in what’s useful.

3–4 years of professional experience, ideally starting in opsanalytics and transitioning into AIdriven work.
Handson experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, or custom PythonJS scripts.
A strong understanding of business needs and how to use AI to meet them.
Comfortable building and shipping tools independently, without needing a full engineering team.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote environment.
A proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and jump in to solve them.
English is our business language and proficiency is required
This isn’t a research or ML engineering position. You won’t be training models from scratch or building the next GPT.
This is a handson, businessfirst AI role focused on applying existing tools to create real value.
If you love to figure things out, move fast, and use AI to make things better — we’d love to hear from you.
