We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals fluent in Italian, passionate about creating positive customer experiences.

In this position, you will engage with our Italianspeaking clients, ensuring their happiness and satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues. Your role is pivotal in fostering a strong relationship between our clients and our brand, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment!


Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support to Italianspeaking customers through various communication platforms.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and concerns, ensuring their experience is positive and fulfilling.
  • Record customer interactions and feedback for ongoing improvement of service.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer happiness and satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continually improve your customer service skills and product knowledge.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
      • Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
      • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail.
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
