In this role, you will provide essential support to users of our streaming platform, helping them navigate and enjoy their viewing experience. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support to Italianspeaking users via email, live chat, and telephone, assisting them with inquiries about the streaming platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to account management, streaming quality, and content accessibility.
  • Provide guidance on platform features, helping users maximize their experience and enjoyment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements to the platform.
  • Stay updated on current streaming trends, platform features, and troubleshooting methods to ensure highquality support.
  • Follow up with users postresolution to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering issues.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
      • Prior experience in customer support or technical support, preferably within the streaming or entertainment industry.
      • A strong understanding of streaming technologies and user behavior.
      • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills for effective issue resolution.
      • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
      • Experience with CRM or support ticket systems is advantageous.
      • A selfmotivated attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently in a dynamic work environment.
