Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to invite applications for the position of Italian Speaking InGame Support Analyst. This role is specially designed for individuals who are passionate about gaming and exceptional at providing customer support. As an InGame Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Italianspeaking players have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience by addressing their concerns and providing technical assistance.


Responsibilities
  • Provide realtime support to Italianspeaking players via ingame chat, email, and community forums.
  • Troubleshoot ingame issues and assist players with technical queries related to gameplay, accounts, and performance.
  • Document and track player issues in the support ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate followup.
  • Communicate effectively with players to help them understand game mechanics, features, and updates.
  • Collaborate with the game development team to provide feedback on player experiences and recurring issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest game updates, features, and industry trends to enhance support delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and player satisfaction initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Prior experience in customer support, especially in the gaming industry, is preferred.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
      • An avid gamer with a deep understanding of gaming concepts and community dynamics.
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
      • Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools is a plus.
      • Enthusiastic, empathetic, and committed to providing an exceptional player support experience.
