We are growing! We are currently looking to hire Data Protection Associate to work with us remotely!

What you will be doing:

You will join a dynamic and fastpaced environment and work on Data Protection projects on a group level.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact within the organization for clients, operations, IT, legal, HR and relevant public authorities on issues related to data protection
  • Draft new and amend existing company policiesprocedures in compliance with codes of practice such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation EEA) and PIPL (Personal Information Protection Law China) with the help of the key stakeholders
  • Internal education regarding data protection principles and important data compliance requirements: onboarding content, training plans and promoting a culture of data protection compliance across all units of the organization
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and to address potential issues
  • Maintain records of all data processing activities of the company
    • Requirements

      What you will bring along:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or any relevant field.
      • Masters Degree is a plus
      • 12 years of experience in Data Protection compliance
      • Expertise in data protection laws and practices, including deep understanding of GDPR
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
      • Fluent in English (verbal and written), any additional language is a plus
      • Excellent presentation and communication skills
