Position Overview

Our partner is looking for a highly motivated, earlycareer Operations Associate who thrives in fastpaced environments and enjoys solving crossfunctional challenges. You’ll work across operations, marketing, sales, and product to help streamline systems, support client relationships, and keep the company moving forward. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Support

Create and edit marketing content (blog posts, emails, visuals) using tools like Canva

Edit shortform videos for use on social media and email campaigns

Sales & Business Development

Conduct lead research and build prospect lists

Manage CRM hygiene, followup workflows, and meeting scheduling

Support precall briefs and sales call preparation

Product & Quality Review

Review AI assistant outputs and document user edge cases or feedback

Flag improvement opportunities for engineering or product teams

Internal Operations

Draft and maintain SOPs and internal documentation

Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose process improvements

Support teamwide coordination and ad hoc operational tasks

Requirements
MustHave:

At least 2 years of professional experience (internships not counted)

Bachelors degree or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Suite

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT

NicetoHave:

Previous startup experience

Background in pharmacy, health tech, or healthcare ops

Ability to automate tasks using Python or Excel macros

Experience in marketing, content writing, or visual design
