Job description

NeoWork is seeking a meticulous and detaildriven AI Validation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in government, lobbying, policy research, or public affairs who are comfortable working in hightrust, highcontext environments. You will play a critical role in reviewing and validating AIgenerated summaries of congressional hearings, ensuring that outputs are accurate, complete, and contextually aligned with the source material.

This position bridges technology and policy, helping shape how artificial intelligence contributes to legislative transparency and public understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review AIgenerated summaries of U.S. congressional hearings and ensure factual accuracy, clarity, and contextual integrity.
  • Identify missing, misrepresented, or misleading information and provide human feedback for correction and refinement.
  • Develop and implement standardized performance metrics to evaluate AI summary quality across dimensions like completeness, bias, clarity, and tone.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine prompts, improve summarization models, and contribute to training data development.
  • Maintain a high standard of editorial quality and neutrality in political and policyoriented content.
  • Monitor evolving best practices in AI validation, contributing to internal guidelines and SOPs.
    • Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, legislative analysis, or related fields.
      • Strong editorial, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to detect nuance and preserve tone and intent from original content.
      • Comfort working with AIgenerated outputs; prior experience with AI tools or content moderation is a plus.
      • High attention to detail and a structured, systemsthinking mindset.
      • Former experience as a lobbyist, legislative staffer, or policy researcher is highly valued.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote, fastevolving environment.
