Job description

NeoWork is seeking a creative and detailoriented Product Designer to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in bringing our consumer packaged goods (CPG) and beauty products to life through compelling packaging, product visuals, and innovation support. You’ll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create packaging layouts, develop product renders, and contribute to the ideation of new scents, flavors, and collaborations.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop graphical packaging layouts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Create and manage die lines for packaging across multiple formats and SKUs.

Produce highquality product renders for presentations, marketing, and ecommerce.

Collaborate on new product ideation, including concepts for scents, flavors, or cobranded partnerships.

Work closely with Product Development and Marketing to translate concepts into visual assets.

Support revisions, version control, and final artwork delivery for production.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product design, packaging, or visual design, preferably in the CPG or beauty industry.

Expertlevel proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of print production, die line creation, and packaging mechanics.

Excellent eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain is a plus.
