Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Career Sales Specialist Trainee

Location: REMOTE

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST

  • Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM BST
    • Job Responsibilities

      1. Running a dedicated sales campaign
      2. Generate Telecoms and ICT sales to new and existing customers.
      3. High energyvolume outbound sales calls
      4. Communicate directly and effectively with clients.
      5. Generate ongoing pipeline opportunities.
      6. Prepare Sales proposals and monthly reports, achievement of monthly KPIs and targets.
      7. Develop and maintain uptodate productservice knowledge and market information.
      8. Liaise with marketing to maximize the database.
      9. Potential action leads from other areas of the business.
      10. Negotiating offers and complex deals
      11. Delivering an exceptional level of customer services

      Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

      • Proven track record in new business and sales
          • Good technical knowledge
              • Confident in closing sales
                  • Excellent customer service skills
                      • Dynamic, selfmotivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively
                          • Motivated by targets
                              • Proficient in the use of a CRM system, ideally salesforce
                                  • Substantial use of LinkedIn
                                      • Bachelors and Masters Degree in IT, Business, Communications, Career Services, Human Services, Social Science (IT Background would be a plus)
