Requirements
• Build and deploy phases related to the LDC program: • Job role listings • Writing Performance Qualification scripts • Preparation and maintenance of Business Process Documentation and SOP list • Identification of Local and Global Training Needs and provision of an analysis • Development of Country and LDC User Training Schedule • Preparation and development of related training material and User Acceptance Testing • Creation and delivery of Configuration System Design Document (CSD) / Configuration Specification (CS)
