Job description

This is a remote position.

Description:

• Support global and local business team members on LDC release 1 Build and Deploy activities
• Support global business team members on upcoming solution design activities for LDC release 2
• Plan and prepare global training material together with the training factory
• Support local business team members with data verification, end user training, cutover planning & execution

• Job role listings
• Writing Performance Qualification scripts
• Preparation and maintenance of Business Process Documentation and SOP list
• Identification of Local and Global Training Needs and provision of an analysis
• Development of Country and LDC User Training Schedule
• Preparation and development of related training material and User Acceptance Testing
• Creation and delivery of Configuration System Design Document (CSD) Configuration Specification (CS)
