This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 7 am to 4 pm, California business hours, 40 hours a week.

      Our Client is a leading mental health practice based in beautiful San Diego, California, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients. They leverage technology to enhance our operations and client experience, utilizing Simple Practice for our EHREMR, RingCentral for communications, and were excited to integrate RingCentral with Salesforce. Their team works a focused 410 schedule, and we navigate unique California healthcare regulations to deliver toptier, often bilingual, services.


      The Opportunity

      Were seeking an innovative and skilled Web or App Developer with a strong focus on Google Workspace automation, leveraging the power of Google Gemini and AI Studio. Youll play a crucial role in optimizing our internal processes, enhancing client interactions, and building solutions that directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our mental health services. This is a unique chance to apply cuttingedge AI and development skills within a healthcare setting, making a tangible difference in peoples lives.

      What Youll Do
      • Design and develop custom web or app solutions to streamline internal workflows and improve client experiences.
      • Automate tasks within Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail) using Gemini and AI Studio.
      • Integrate various platforms, potentially including Simple Practice, RingCentral, and Salesforce, to create seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.
      • Collaborate closely with our team to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
      • Ensure all developed solutions comply with Californiaspecific healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of data security and privacy.
      • Contribute to our ongoing efforts to leverage AI for enhanced operational efficiency and service delivery.
        • What Youre Good At
          • Proven experience in web or app development.
          • Expertise in Google Workspace automation, including practical experience with Google Gemini and AI Studio.
          • Strong understanding of API integrations and data flow between disparate systems.
          • Ability to design userfriendly interfaces and robust backend solutions.
          • Familiarity with healthcare data security (HIPAA compliance) and California healthcare regulations is a significant plus.
          • Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
          • Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for nontechnical team members.
