This position will be based in Houston, TX or Columbus, OH.

What You’ll Own

  • Category & Location Strategy: Partner with Buyers, Allocators, and the Planning team to build categorylevel plans that drive sales, profitability, and inventory productivity across our boutique footprint.
  • InSeason & PreSeason Forecasting: Translate trends and performance into action by creating datadriven plans and reforecasts that inform buys, drive allocation strategies, and optimize markdowns.
  • Assortment Planning: Develop attributebased assortment plans by store volume group, helping ensure the right product mix is delivered to each location.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly business recaps, ad hoc analysis, and reporting on bestsellers, underperformers, and aged inventory to guide key business decisions.
  • New Store Planning: Partner on new boutique openings to ensure appropriate inventory levels and category representation from day one.
  • Promotion & Markdown Strategy: Analyze promotional performance and influence future event planning and inventory strategies to drive margin and sellthrough.
  • Boutique Support: Act as the goto partner for boutique leaders on merchandiserelated questions, inventory issues, and business opportunities.
    • What You Bring

      • 2+ years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, demand planning, allocation, or a related financialanalytical retail role
      • Strong forecasting skills and a deep understanding of retail math and inventory KPIs
      • Confidence using planning tools, allocation software, and Excel to turn data into action
      • A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in on details and zoom out on longterm planning
      • Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to partner crossfunctionally across Buying, Planning, Allocation, and Stores
      • Resourceful and solutionoriented—able to problemsolve with limited information while using data to guide decisions
      • A degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
