The Strategy Analyst – Culture Transformation will play a key role in supporting the company’s cultural evolution by helping develop, implement, and measure culturerelated initiatives that reach our global workforce. This individual will work closely with HR, Corporate Strategy, Communications, and Business Units to shape complex, enterprisewide culture strategies that align with business priorities.
This role is for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for organizational culture, and the ability to collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problemsolver who can translate data into meaningful recommendations and help drive culture transformation efforts in a large, complex organization.

Location: This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50mile radius of (Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford or Mountain View), you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
Compensation:

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
