Minimum of 2 years’ experience in broker agency or benefit administration., Current Life and Health insurance license is required., Strong knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products., Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and benefit administration systems..

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers with managing client accounts and service delivery.
  • Support client compliance, benefit contract accuracy, and benefit-related inquiries.
  • Participate in client presentations, onboarding, and strategic planning.
  • Create and deliver employee communications and educational materials.

The Associate Account Manager (AAM) supports the Account ManagerBenefits Consultants with the daytoday management of their assigned book of business and works closely and collaboratively with the internal service team to ensure service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations. The AAM serves as the clients secondary point of contact for any benefit related service needs and are also responsible with supporting client compliance requirements, accuracy of client benefit contracts and accuracy of client deliverables.
