Data Engineer

Use Agile methodologies and AI tools for rapid feature releases

• Research and introduce new solutions and technologies, contributing to Snowflake Native App development

• • Follow best practices throughout the development lifecycle: design, implement, test, review, and deliver with CICD

  • • Engage in quality assurance and thorough testing

    • • Communicate effectively, understand business needs, and write clear user and technical documentation

      • • Resolve production issues, participate in oncall support, onboard clients, and communicate with client teams

        • • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

          • Qualifications

            • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

            • • 2+ years in software development

              • • Strong database fundamentals, SQL skills, understanding of relational and nonrelational data models

                • • Experience with an objectoriented programming language (Java or Python)

                  • • Knowledge of big data platformswarehouses (Snowflake preferred, Hadoop a plus)

                    • • Proficient in Agile Development, Vibe Coding, Issue Tracking (JIRA), code repositories (Git, Bitbucket), SDLC, testing methodologies, and continuous integration

                      • • Excellent communication skills

                        • • Detailoriented with a sense of urgency

                          • • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS preferred, GCP, Azure)

                            • • Knowledge of data processing workflows (Airflow, Snowflake streamstasks)

                              • • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems

                                • • Unix command line skills, familiar with Bash scripting
