We are looking for a skilled Active DirectoryWindows Server Customer Service Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for enterprise IT environments. The role requires expertise in Active Directory (AD), Windows Server administration, and customer service to ensure high availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Certificate servicesPublic key infrastructure
  • Assist customers in configuring, and maintaining AD and MIM, Microsoft Purview Audit, MSFT Communication compliance, MSFT Compliance Manager
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.
    • Qualifications & Skills:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
          • 510 years of experience in Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Certificate servicesPublic key infrastructure, MSFT Identity manager, Microsoft Purview Audit, MSFT Communication compliance, MSFT Compliance Manager
              • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
              • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
