• As a Workday Procure to Pay Lead:

  Youll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, youll provide integrated, cloudbased ERP solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

  In this role, you will help our clients get the most value out of their Workday investment by:

  • Lead and participate in all Workday Procure to Pay implementation lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into Workday configurations, and provide expert advice on best practices.
  • Configure Workday modules to meet business requirements related to financial accounting, statutory reporting, and countryspecific requirements during Global Financials rollouts.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet clientfunctional requirements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as finance, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of Procure to Pay processes with other modules and systems.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
  • Demonstrate design options using prototyping
  • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture Workday Methodology
  • Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of the overall project status.
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
  • Support innovation through the creation of new industryleading methods and assets.

  • You ideally have a strong finance background and have spent a couple of years on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, owning and driving the Workday agenda.

    You are motivated, solutionoriented, and able to independently find solutions. You have experience in managing and communicating with different stakeholders. You are resultsoriented, and able to win others over and sell your ideas.

    We are looking for experience in the following skills:

    • Workday Financials Certification in Procure to Pay andor Strategic Sourcing. Additional Workday Certifications are considered an advantage, especially Workday Expenses
    • Strong finance transformation track record
    • Experience from several fullcycle Workday implementations
    • Strong understanding of Procure to Pay processes and best practices.
    • Bachelors degree in a related field (Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems
    • Fluency in English
    • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a virtual team and client interactions
    • Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
    • Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
    • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
    • Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences.
