Revenue Operations supports the DaVita Village through arranging dialysis placements, verifying coverage, generating and submitting claims and coordinating with payors. This position will lead analyses, solve complex problems, improve processes and understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle in order to affect the bottom line of the organization and take ROPS to World Class.
As an Analyst within ROPS you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing business outcomes for various operational teams that impact DaVita’s revenue cycle.

The Salary Range for the role is $82,000.00 $121,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80year New York Nonexempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80year Washington Nonexempt: Bellingham: $17.66hour, Burien: $21.16hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29hour, Renton: $20.90hour, Seattle: $20.76hour, Tukwila: $21.10hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66hour
