The Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be part of the SMB Outpatient Sales Team, responsible for the full sales cycle prospecting, running discovery calls, conducting online demonstrations of our platform for healthcare facilities across the country, and driving Medely platform usage. You will work strategically to grow net new facility count and revenue in assigned markets across the US. We offer a highly lucrative compensation package for exceptional performers, as well as growth opportunities within Medely.
This role will be focus on healthcare facilities on the East Coast so you must be located in EST or CST.
Own, manage, and drive the full sales process from prospecting through the close
Meet and exceed daily activity metrics and KPIs to ensure opportunities move successfully through the sales cycle to booking a job
Run effective discovery and demo calls and build Medely value to meet and exceed revenue goals
Generate and maintain expert knowledge of Medely products, and the healthcare staffing industry, and learn the competitive landscape
Specialize in specific healthcare verticals and stay informed about market happenings and trends (ASC, Urgent Care, Imaging and Radiology Centers)
Build a strong, verticalfocused sales pipeline by implementing an outbound sales motion as well as inbound lead generation
Suggest andor create sales materials that will help close business
Maintain a complete, accurate, uptodate sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log
Education: BSBA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
Experience: 4+ years of full sales cycle experience in an Account Executive or equivalent quotacarrying role selling softwaretechnology
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Outreach (or equivalent tech stack), Gong and Google Suite Tools
Internally motivated individual with a strong desire to problemsolve
