Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Project Manager to lead complex, missioncritical projects in the GotoMarket (GTM) Business Applications group that drive CyberArks strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who excels in navigating ambiguity, driving agile transformations, and fostering crossfunctional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the endtoend delivery of complex enterprise business applications projects across diverse business domains, ensuring alignment with CyberArks strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with business teams, operations and IT to translate business goals into actionable Projects roadmaps and technical workstreams.
  • Design, implement, and optimize project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), tailoring processes to team maturity levels.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, vendor relationships, and client communications to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Manage junior project managers and mentor and develop team leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, turning around underperforming projects through creative problemsolving and decisive leadership.
  • Manage project scope, and timelines and collaborate with BizApps team managers on resource allocation and capacity monitoring with a focus on delivering business value and ROI.

      Qualifications
      • 10+ years of experience in projectprogram management with a proven track record of leading largescale digital, technical, or strategic initiatives.
      • PMP andor CSM certification; MBA preferred.
      • Demonstrated success working with global teams in hitech enterprise companies.
      • Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, with handson experience implementing and coaching agile practices.
      • Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across onshore and offshore environments.
      • Experience leading and presenting in steering committee meetings on strategic initiatives.
      • Strong stakeholders’ relationship management capabilities.
      • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project or Asana.

          The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $190,000year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
