Job Description
The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with both crossclient and clientspecific security requirements in close collaboration with internal and external security consultants.
- Advise clients on the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of their individual information security policies.
- Perform risk management in line with companywide and clientspecific security standards.
- Conduct regular audits and review the implementation of security requirements at the client site.
- Establish and maintain a sustainable security culture within client organizations.
- Train, coach, and support employees in understanding and implementing security policies
Qualifications
- Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and at least 7 years of experience in the IT sector, with a minimum of 5 years in IT security.
- Strong knowledge of ISOIEC 27000 standards – certification preferred.
- Experience with data center operations andor hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of IT architectures, business processes, and IT service management (e.g., ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701).
- Strong analytical skills, a high degree of initiative and responsibility, customer orientation, and openness to new technologies and change.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) as well as good English skills.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
