      YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

      • You develop and own the annual marketing strategy and roadmap for our global Rewards Program, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals

      • You create detailed campaign plans with clear budget allocation and promotion timelines to increase member acquisition and lifetime value

      • You design and implement multichannel strategies across email, digital, and inlocation touchpoints to grow and retain our member base

      • You leverage customer data to deliver personalized communications, offers, and benefits that enhance engagement

      • You manage loyalty campaigns from concept to execution, including briefing, targeting, deployment, and postcampaign performance reviews

      • You define, track, and report on key KPIs such as member growth, churn, engagement, and campaign ROI

          • Experience You have 5+ years in marketing with at least 3 years focused on Rewards Programs, CRM, or retention marketing

          • Results You bring a proven track record of driving measurable results through strategic marketing campaigns

          • Data Skills You are confident working with customer data and turning insights into actionable marketing strategies

          • ToolsSystems You have handson experience with loyalty platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Comarch) and marketing automation tools

          • Industry Knowledge You ideally have experience in the travel, hospitality, or rental industry and understand the dynamics of a pointsbased program

          • Soft Skills You are customerobsessed, highly collaborative, and an excellent communicator who thrives in fastpaced environments, fluency in English is mandatory
