      YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

      • You develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports that track key loyalty program KPIs, performance trends, and success metrics

      • You perform indepth analysis to identify issues within the program, determine root causes, and recommend clear, actionable solutions

      • You act as the main point of contact for all loyalty initiatives, aligning closely with internal teams such as B2B Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT

      • You manage loyalty partnerships from contract negotiation to performance monitoring, including Status Match programs and new partner opportunities

      • You collaborate with external partners to strengthen relationships and unlock mutual value

      • You take full ownership of the loyalty program’s Profit & Loss (P&L), including forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance evaluation

          • Experience You bring 5+ years in program, product, or loyalty marketing management with a strong focus on pointsbased programs

          • Financial Acumen You have proven experience managing a P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking

          • Stakeholder Management You are skilled at coordinating crossfunctional teams and external partners to drive alignment and results

          • Analytical Skills You are datadriven with excellent problemsolving abilities and can turn insights into meaningful action

          • Industry Knowledge You ideally have experience in the travel, car rental, or hospitality industry and understand loyalty dynamics

          • Communication You are an excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and the confidence to lead initiatives independently, fluency in English is mandatory
