As a Member Support Specialist II, you will serve as a liaison between nurses and current customers. You will schedule healthcare consultations and followup with customers to ensure they are prepared for and understand the consultation process.

A day in the life..

  • Request availability of our specialists primarily to be done through our platform
  • Manage an active queue of requests with timely followup.
  • Assisting our specialists with account concerns.
  • Maintain customers confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Effectively navigate multiple internal systems and processes to obtain appropriate data.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the scheduling process to ensure consultations are completed timely via email, phone, & text messages.
  • Schedule consultations and follow up with customers to ensure they are prepared and understand the consultation process.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Accurately input necessary customers information into the database.
  • Work closely with our nurses and rest of the Member Support team to facilitate successful consultations.
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to our members.
  • Meet teampersonal qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Support Adhoc tasks based on the business needs

          $40500$58700

          Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity. Salary is just one component of Transcarents total package.
