How you will make an impact

• Understanding the bigger picture, thinking outside the box to deliver technical solutions with a clear understanding of the technology, product, and enduser.

• Leading the design and development of AI and MLbased systems for analyzing 3D and 2D dental data, including triangular meshes, point clouds, and images to support dental and orthodontic treatment planning.

• Proactively mentoring teammates, championing software engineering best practices, and contributing to a culture of technical excellence, curiosity, and collaboration.

• Implementing and managing CICD pipelines to streamline and automate the build, test, and deployment processes for our applications.

• Utilizing the best practices for backend architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in our systems.

• Your Skills and Expertise

  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 6 years of industry experience in IT

  • OR

    • Masters PhD AND 3 years of industry experience in IT

    • AND

      In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

      • 3 years of experience in Python

      • 3 years of experience applying conventional computer vision techniques to realworld problems.

      • Strong mathematical fundamentals in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.

      • Extensive experience in the training and manipulation of machine learning models.

      • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

        • History of supporting a great team culture centered around collaboration.

        • Ability to balance highly creative thinking, with wellreasoned, testable designs, considering diverse potential solutions when solving problems.

        • Demonstrated ability to deliver AIbased customerfacing products.

        • Work location: Remote

          Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, andor experience.
