We are seeking an experienced Shopify Project Manager who combines strong project management expertise with technical Shopify development skills. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, is proactive in identifying solutions, and has a deep understanding of ecommerce workflows and best practices. This is a fully remote role operating in the EST Time Zone and all business is conducted 100% in English. Open to candidates in the following locations: Portugal, Spain and Brazil.

What Youll Do:

Shopify Expertise

  • Create and optimize datadriven CRO strategies (e.g., AB testing, funnel optimization) to enhance user engagement and increase conversions.

  • Performing maintenance, analysis, optimization, and developing new site features and updates.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues that may affect platform performance during and postlaunch.

  • Install and configure Shopify apps and thirdparty integrations.

    • Project Management

      • Endtoend implementation of a new Shopify ecommerce store.

      • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with business objectives.

      • Coordinate with teams across Design, IT, Marketing, and Business Operations to ensure ontime, onbudget delivery.

      • Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and adjust resources or timelines when needed.

      • Provide regular status updates and key metrics to stakeholders.

        • Technical Leadership

          • Ensure project feasibility and alignment with ecommerce best practices.

          • Evaluate thirdparty tools and APIs for seamless integration into the website.

          • Stay updated on Shopify features, updates, and industry trends to recommend site improvements.

            • Collaboration and Communication

              • Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

              • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers.

              • Foster effective communication and resolve problems across all project teams.

                • You Should Apply if this Sounds Like You:

                  Experience:

                  • 2 3 years in ecommerce or web project management.

                  • Experience in CRO and SEO fundamentals

                  • Handson Shopify experience.

                  • Familiarity with Shopify APIs and thirdparty tool integrations.

                    • Skills:

                      • Expert in Shopify. It is your second language.

                      • Strong understanding of SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, and ecommerce workflows.

                      • Proficiency in project management tools (Notion).

                      • Advanced organizational, and timemanagement skills.

                      • Excellent verbal and written english communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

                      • Experience with HTML, CSS is a plus
