The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and datadriven Revenue Operations Lead to supercharge our leadtocash motion. This senior individual contributor role is the connective tissue across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success designing the processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure that drive operational excellence and revenue growth at scale.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, and partnering closely with our CFO and Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll build the operational foundation that aligns the business and enables us to move fast, measure effectively, and deliver results.

You will serve as the primary owner of gotomarket operations, with a focus on driving alignment, consistency, and efficiency across all GTM functions. If you thrive in a fastpaced, scaling environment and bring a handson, problemsolving mindset, this role will allow you to make a significant impact as we continue our global expansion.

What You Will Be Doing

Design Scalable GTM Processes: Architect and execute seamless, crossfunctional workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Develop and document standardized processes that can fuel global expansion across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Tech Stack Optimization: Own optimization of the GTM tools and systems CRM, marketing automation, enablement, and CS platforms. Maintain operational rigour and uphold data integrity within HubSpot. Enable crossfunctional teams to execute efficiently and at scale.
Revenue Execution Infrastructure: Own, manage and maintain workflows, tooling, and operating rhythms that fuel consistent revenue execution. Lead the adoption and adherence to new workflows and tools, providing training and support as needed.
CrossFunctional Alignment: Drive process clarity, documentation, and performance tracking to ensure every team is rowing in the same direction. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve operational gaps and inefficiencies.
Finance Partnership: Collaborate on pricing strategy, execution, and revenue reporting. Ensure tight alignment between GTM and Finance.
KPI Frameworks: Define and track operational metrics to measure funnel health, forecast accuracy, and scale readiness. Manage and improve data pipelines by partnering with data engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights.
Operate Independently: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operate with a strong bias for action, driving continuous improvement initiatives in a scaling environment.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles within SaaS

  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience guiding teams in highgrowth or startup environments

  • Deep expertise in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and other GTM systems, with handson experience managing CRM operational hygiene

  • Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or related postgrad credentials preferred

  • Experience scaling GTM operations across global teams and multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC is a plus)

  • Ability to connect strategic objectives to tactical workflows and tooling

  • Proven ability to deliver under pressure with a sharp focus on execution and results

  • Comfortable navigating crossfunctional ambiguity while bringing structure and clarity

  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex ops topics to nontechnical stakeholders

  • Experience working with executive leaders on strategic planning, pricing, and forecasting

  • Highly collaborative and comfortable aligning across Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, Product, Engineering, and IT

  • Comfortable operating independently as a team of one, prioritizing tasks, and executing with minimal supervision

  • Adaptable to fastpaced, ambiguous environments and eager to iterate quickly

  • Experience or a strong curiosity in utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows, analyze data, and make process improvements
