The Role
We’re seeking a Staff Product Designer to own and elevate the end‑to‑end user experience across our web application, developer tools, and emerging AI‑agent interfaces. You’ll be the individual contributor design expert, partnering closely with product managers and engineers to craft intuitive and highly usable experiences for our customers and their AI agents. Your focus will span:
- Information Architecture: Ensure that users can easily find what they need and understand how to use our product and access information within it

- DataDriven User Journey Optimization: Use analytics and user research to improve and refine customer experience

- Design Standards and Tooling: Enable our development team to accelerate their AIdriven delivery of new features and capabilities while maintaining a scalable, responsive, accessible web experience

Responsibilities - Lead user research efforts (interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing) to uncover pain points and validate design hypotheses.
