Job information:

  • Functional title – Test Analyst
  • Department - Technology
  • Corporate level - Associate
  • Report to – Director, Global Testing Services
  • Location - New Jersey - Metropark, onsite 2 days per week
  • Expected full-time salary range between $70,000 - $85,000 + variable compensation + 401(k) match + benefits.
    • Note: Disclosure as required by NY Pay Transparency Law of the expected salary compensation range for this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Following Test method as set out in the CLS test procedure and Test Approach
  • Analysing requirements and designs
  • Test Design including test data preparation
  • Test Execution
  • Continuous improvement suggestions

 

Reporting:

  • No formal report production, but need to be able to communicate test execution progress status

 

Documentation:

  • Test cases, scripts and defects
  • Test evidence collection during test execution

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Analytic skills - reviewing documents, identifying areas to test and anomalies in scope documents.
  • Technical skills - understanding of database structures, transactional, static and reference data.
  • Presentation skills - report test prep / execution updates to Test Lead / Manager.
  • Communication skills - articulate testing challenges and raise clear defects.
  • Relationship building skills - build strong relationships with project teams including Application Development and Business Analysis teams.
  • Time keeping skills - meeting milestones, ability to proactively manage own time calling out any challenges that may impact work or deadlines.
