Axonius is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to design, execute, and optimize highimpact enablement programs that drive sales excellence across the global revenue organization for our Enterprise sellers. This role will be pivotal in accelerating ramp time, improving seller productivity, and aligning our gotomarket teams with the company’s strategic objectives.
As a key member of the Field Enablement team, you will own core programs such as new hire onboarding, ongoing skills development, product readiness, and sales process reinforcement. Youll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Tech Enablement, and Revenue Operations to build scalable, datadriven initiatives that equip our sellers to close deals more effectively.
